Sprout Analytics collects your personal identifiable information (such as name, phone number, email) only when provided to us through email, phone, or other such direct methods.
Non-personal identifiable information such as device, or location (broadly country) is gathered through website analytics (specifically Google Analytics).
Our services includes the collation and storage of your data from services such as Xero, Hubspot, Pipedrive to create automations and simpler reporting; this collection is done via automations and is done on behalf of you.
We will only use personal identifiable information to contact you regarding your enquiries or services, we do not use this information for any other purpose including remarketing.
Non-personal information may be used for research and statistical analysis, such as using information on which devices you consume our services on to optimise your experience.
Cookies are also used in some places such as our website and application, this is used to keep you logged in, and for no other purpose.
Data that has been collated and stored on your behalf is only used in providing our services to you.
Your information will be stored across multiple platforms that are used internally to support our services, such as (but not limited to):HubSpot, our choice of CRM, which stores your contact details and notes regarding any enquiries you’ve submitted
Microsoft Outlook, our choice of email provider which stores your contact details so we can contact you via email
Xero, our choice of accounting software, which stores your contact details so invoices can be sent to you and processes payments on our behalf
And while our services support analytics through the use of ‘social media’ such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram; we ourselves will not provide or store your information on such platforms.
Data that has been collated and stored on your behalf is stored on an AWS (Amazon Web Services) RDS database housed in Sydney, Australia.
While we can’t tell you everything we do for security (as obscuring what we do for security is an important facet of security); security is very important to us, and we do our utmost to maintain security to prevent loss, unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure.
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data, please contact us at privacy@sproutanalytics.io. Exceptions apply to (primarily deletion) requests affecting data such as invoices / receipts as these must be kept to comply with regulations and audit purposes.
